(Oblong) — The Village of Oblong is reminding the public about a date change for its recycling event. Oblong Mayor, Teresa Fielder, says that on Saturday, June 7th, the Village will host an electronics and appliance recycling event at the OPW Maintenance Building in Oblong Park. She says this event, originally scheduled for early May, is open to businesses and individuals regardless of where they live and will be held rain or shine from 9 a.m. to noon or until the trailers are full. B & H Recycling will be conducting the recycling event, and there will be a nominal charge for all items. You can find a full list of prices below. Again, the new date for the recycling event in June 7th.
