Unit 3 Board Meets Tonight

(Palestine) — The Palestine Unit 3 School Board meets tonight. They will “reorganize” following the Consolidated Election, including electing a President and Vice President, and appointing a Secretary. In other business, they will set meeting dates and times for the 2025-2026 school year, approve policies and procedures, appoint legal counsel, an architectural firm, and a Treasurer for the district. Under “Action Items,” the Unit 3 Board will consider posting for summer help, a consolidated district plan for Fiscal Year 2025, and the OPH Tri-Op agreement. The Palestine Unit 3 Board meets tonight at 6 p.m. in the Grade School Cafeteria. There will be a Transportation Committee Meeting at 5 p.m. and a “reorganizational” meeting at 5:30 p.m., where the board will approve the election results.
