Ameren Illinois Spokesman, Brian Bretsch, says if you decide to crank up the AC, there are a few things to remember to help the AC so it doesn’t working so hard and keep energy costs down.
He reiterates the importance of remembering to turn off televisions, computers, gaming consoles, and any other electronics. He also suggests using a programmable thermostat to control the temperature automatically.
