Bid Deadline is Coming Up for Delinquent Tax Sale

(Undated) – The deadline to submit a bid in the delinquent tax sale is fast approaching. According to Crawford County Officials, the sale includes properties that were delinquent for 2021, mobile homes that were delinquent for 2022, and prior real estate taxes. There are approximately 19 real estate items and 46 mobile home items available through a sealed bid auction. If you are interested in bidding on these properties, sealed bids must be in to the Crawford County Treasurer’s Office no later than Friday. There is a required minimum bid of $834 for the property and $915 for mobile homes. Bids can be submitted online at iltaxsalebids.com.
