Rutan Reminds Drivers to be “Stop Arm Aware”

(Undated) – It’s that time of year again, it’s back-to-school. Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, recently took to social media to remind the public to be “stop arm aware.”

Rutan reminds the public that it is illegal in all 50 states to pass a school bus that is stopped to load or unload children.
