Unit 4 School Board Meets Tonight

(Oblong) — The Oblong Unit 4 School Board meets tonight. In “Old Business,” the board will hear reports from committees and the Academic Foundation. In “New Business,” they are set to approve the tentative budget and set a hearing date for September 22nd, approve Michelle Meese as non-discrimination coordinator, and Kendra Ridlen to be in charge of the District in the absence of the Superintendent. They will also vote on raising the price of “extra milk” from thirty-five cents to forty cents. The Oblong Unit 4 Board will meet tonight at 6 p.m. in the Oblong Room of the Grade School.
