FRSB Issues “Fraud Reminder”

(Robinson) — First Robinson Savings Bank has issued a “Fraud Reminder.” FRSB reminds its customers that they will never call or text you to obtain any sensitive debit card information, including the card number, PIN, or three-digit security code. They will also never call or text to get you digital banking credentials or an authentication code. Officials say if you doubt the validity of any call or text supposedly from First Robinson Savings Bank, they recommend you hang up and call your local branch to confirm your identity and report the incident. FRSB says if you have given out any sensitive information regarding your online banking access or debit card information, call your local branch to speak to a representative.
