(Robinson) — The Robinson Police Department is celebrating one of its own. According to RPD Chief, Eric Schmidt, Officer, Alex McDearmon, was a recent recipient of a “M.A.D.D. Hero Award.” Mothers Against Drunk Driving gives this award to individuals who demonstrate extraordinary dedication to preventing impaired driving and supporting the mission of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Schmidt says Officer McDearmon has gone above and beyond to protect lives and advocate for safer roads in our communities. His commitment reflects not only professional excellence but also deep compassion and courage.
