The Robinson Palestine Water Commission Hydrant Flushing Continues

(Undated) — The Robinson Palestine Water Commission has announced the schedule for hydrant flushing. They will continue flushing hydrants in the Northeast section of Robinson through today. Hydrants in the Northwest section will be flushed on October 6th and 7th, followed by the Southeast section on October 8th and 9th, and the Southwest section of Robinson and the New Hebron area, on October 13th, 14th, and 15th. Trimble and the Old Kirk districts will see flushing from October 20th through the 24th. They will wrap up in Palestine on October 28th through the 31st. Customers are reminded that discoloration in the water will be temporary. They say that while the water is safe to consume, you may want to run faucets until the discoloration disappears and hold off on laundry while the discoloration is present.
