Red Cross Needs Blood Donations

(Undated) — The American Red Cross continues to face a major blood shortage and they are looking for donors to help keep the nationwide blood supply strong. According to the Red Cross, all blood types are needed, but types O Positive and B Negative are in particular demand. The agency says donation is critical to making sure all patients relying on transfusions get the care they need. Those who donate before October 19th will receive a $10 Amazon gift card by email. The Red Cross will host three drives in Crawford County in October. The first of which is set for October 15th at the Robinson Civic Center.
