(Undated) — The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded has seen a rebound over the last week. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.07 a gallon, three cents higher than a week ago and eight cents higher than the beginning of the week. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $3.27 a gallon, fourteen cents higher than last Friday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, drivers are paying $3.13 a gallon, twenty-four cents higher than a week ago. Oklahoma drivers are paying the lowest statewide average $2.60 a gallon, twelve cents higher than last Friday. Drivers in California are paying the highest at $4.59 a gallon, seven cents lower than last week.
