(Undated) — If you are traveling for Thanksgiving, you are not alone. According to Molly Hart from Triple A, a record number of Illinois travelers will be on the move.
Hart says that, as a result of flight uncertainty due to the recent government shutdown, a large number of travelers will be driving.
Nationwide, Triple-A expects 81.8 million Americans to travel for Thanksgiving. That’s an increase of 1.6 million travelers compared to 2024.
