LTC and CMH Continue to Take Health and Wellness Coach Program Applications

(Undated) — Lincoln Trail College and Crawford Memorial Hospital continue to accept applications for the “2026 Health and Wellness Coach” program. According to Program Director of Marketing and Communications Illinois Eastern Community Colleges, Chris Forde, this hands-on training experience is for individuals interested in healthcare careers and is open to anyone who will be 18 years old by June 2nd, 2026. Organizers say the program equips participants with the skills and knowledge to support local patients in developing a healthier lifestyle while gaining real-world experience alongside doctors, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals. Interested students are encouraged to attend one of the virtual information sessions on Zoom. They will be held on January 5th and February 3rd from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The application deadline is February 20th, 2026.
