Palestine School Board Meets This Afternoon

(Palestine) — The Palestine Unit 3 School Board meets this afternoon. They are set to hear the presentation of the 2024-2025 Annual Audit, the Operational Funds Reserve Reduction, adopt the 2025 Tax Levy, and consider graduation dates. In other business, the Unit 3 Board will hear the first reading of updated policies, consider adopting a resolution to place the question of a 1% tax on the March Primary Election Ballot, and consider lawn care bids. The Unit 3 Board meets this afternoon at 5 p.m. The Finance Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. and the Policy Committee will meet at 4:45 p.m. All three meetings will be held at the Palestine Grade School.
