Experts Say to Set Realistic Goals for the New Year

(Undated) – As we wrap up 2025 and look ahead to 2026 many of us will set resolutions for the coming year. A recent survey shows about 25% of people break their New Year’s resolutions by the second week of January. Health experts say the best way to succeed is to have goals, develop a plan for achieving those goals, and stay motivated. They say to keep goals realistic, achievable, and measurable, and take the New Year one day at a time. The best goal for 2026 may be to simply end the year better than you started.
