Much Cooler Temperatures in the Forecast

(Undated) — Mother Nature has “flipped the script” for our weather forecast. After an unseasonably warm Christmas weekend, last night’s band of severe weather, which prompted a Tornado Warning for a portion of Crawford County, has brought much cooler temperatures with negative-digit wind-chills. The National Weather Service says a “Wind Advisory” remains in effect for the area until 3 p.m. this afternoon. They advise that gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down, and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high-profile vehicles. Drivers are advised to use extra caution.
