They say it seems like most types of severe weather are on or have been on our radar recently and now is a good time to update your “communications plan.” It is important that you identify several different ways to communicate with your family and friends. Experts advise that you avoid making non-emergency calls, make sure your entire household knows the necessary emergency contact information, and designate an out-of-area contact person.
