Ameren is Highlighting “Warm Neighbors, Cool Friends”

(Undated) — If you are having trouble making ends meet and you are an Ameren customer, you may be in luck. Ameren is reminding its customers about the  “Warm Neighbors, Cool Friends” programs. The programs are designed to help low-to-moderate-income customers, in particular those who may make too much money for LIHEAP. Sue Sams is the Executive Director of the Warm Neighbors, Cool Friends programs. She says they were established in 1982, originally as a weatherization program before evolving into an assistance program.
