According to the National Weather Service, scattered showers with isolated snow are forecast through the morning, before changing to all snow in the afternoon. Temperatures will fall to around 27°F by 5 p.m. Northwest winds of 11 to 16 mph will increase to 18 to 23 mph in the afternoon with gusts as high as 36 mph.
