ISA and Sheriff Rutan Now Accepting Scholarship Applications

(Undated) — The Illinois Sheriffs’ Association and Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, have announced upcoming scholarship opportunities. The ISA will be awarding over $58,000 in college scholarships throughout the State of Illinois to students wishing to pursue higher education during the 2026-2027 academic year. Sheriff Rutan will be awarding one college scholarship to a Crawford County resident who will be attending an Illinois College in the Fall of 2026.
