(Undated) — A massive winter storm continues to impact the area and cause travel issues. The weekend storm blanketed parts of the county with more than thirteen inches of snow, resulting in road conditions that remain an issue. Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, advises the public to limit travel. Rutan says crews continue to clear roads, and if your travel plans are not a necessity, it’s best to stay home.
Rutan reminds drivers to never crowd snow plows. If you are following or approaching a plow truck, slow down, give them room to work, and never try to pass.
