Bitterly Cold Conditions Continue

(Undated) — Bitterly cold conditions continue to impact a large portion of the country following the weekend winter storm. The National Weather Service says while the “Cold Weather Advisory” for early morning has expired. It will return and be in effect overnight tonight into early tomorrow morning as wind chill values are forecast to be as low as 15 to 24 degrees below zero overnight. They say the dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. According to the current forecast, sunshine is expected today before cloudy grey conditions overtake the area for the rest of the week. Sunshine is forecast to return on Friday.
