(Undated) — A Macomb, Illinois man was sentenced to time in the IDOC during a Crawford County Court appearance last week. According to Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, on January 20th Jefferson Callaghan was sentenced to six months with regard to a Class 3 Felony charge of Burglary. He was also sentenced to four years in regard to the Class 4 Felony charge of Aggravated Fleeing and Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer. Shaner says the two sentences are to run concurrently. The sentences imposed will also run concurrently to a sentence imposed in Pike County. The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the prosecution of this case.
