Bogard Makes Court Appearance on Child Porn Charges

(Robinson) — A Robinson man arrested in late January on child porn charges was in court yesterday. Jason Bogard appeared for a status hearing in Crawford County Circuit Court. Bogard was arrested and booked into the Crawford County Jail on January 22nd on six counts of child pornography. According to court documents, it is alleged that between December 1st, 2025, and December 6th, 2025, Bogard had image files that depicted the lewd exhibition of a female child under the age of 13, as well as an image file depicting the simulation of the child performing sexual acts on an adult male. Each of these charges is punishable with a fine of up to $100,000 and 6 to 30 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
