Several Sentenced on a Variety of Charges

(Undated) — Crawford County State’s Attorney, Cole Shaner, has announced the recent sentencing of several individuals. On April 8th, Justice Pocrnich was sentenced to four years in the IDOC on a Class 2 Felony charge of Burglary. On April 20th, Tralynn Emmons was sentenced to four years in the IDOC on a Class 2 Felony charge of Aggravated Battery. Kelcie Wilson was sentenced to five years on a Class 3 Felony charge of Failure to report to a Penal Institution. On April 24, Jake Burton was sentenced to five years on the Class 2 Felony charge of Aggravated Domestic Battery. Anthony Gallant was sentenced to six years in the Department of Corrections on a Class 2 Felony charge of Aggravated Battery.
