ISP Issues Spring Planting Traffic Reminder

(Undated) – Authorities are reminding motorists that it is “spring planting” time. Farmers are in the fields, and that means an increase in farm equipment on area roads. Motorists are reminded to exercise due caution while traveling. The Illinois State Police reminds drivers to pay attention and not drive distracted, pass with caution, slow down when approaching a slow-moving vehicle, allow extra room when following farm equipment, and if you cannot see the driver, the driver cannot see you.
