(Undated) — Gas prices remain at some of the highest levels since 2022. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $4.54 a gallon, five cents higher than Monday’s average. Here in the “Land of Lincoln,” the statewide average is above the five-dollar-a-gallon mark at $5.09, a dime higher than Monday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is $4.22 a gallon, fifteen cents lower than Monday. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $3.99 a gallon, six cents higher than Monday. California drivers are paying the highest statewide average at $6.14 a gallon, four cents higher than the beginning of the week.
