Maroons Roll Over Flora

(Robinson) — The RHS Maroons got on the board first and cruised to a 6-1 win over Flora yesterday. RHS got on the board in the bottom of the first inning with four runs. They added two more in the second en route to the victory. Gunner Hoalt earned the win for the Maroons, surrendering four hits and one run over seven innings, striking out five and walking three. With the win, the Maroons improve their record to 12-14 overall. They are 3-4 in the LIC and will be back in action Monday on “Senior Night” for a home game against Effingham.
