(Undated) — Gas prices slipped slightly lower over the weekend. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $4.45, nine cents lower than Friday. Here in the “Land of Lincoln,” the statewide average is above the five-dollar-a-gallon mark at $5.05, a nickel lower than Friday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is $4.12 a gallon, a dime lower than Friday. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $3.96 a gallon, three cents lower than Friday. California drivers are paying the highest statewide average at $6.11 a gallon, three cents lower than the end of last week.
