Gas Prices Slip Lower Over the Weekend

(Undated) — Gas prices have slipped lower following the Memorial Day Weekend. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average for a gallon of regular unleaded is $4.46, a dime lower than Friday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average is $4.90 a gallon, down eight cents from Friday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is $3.90 a gallon, down eleven cents from Friday. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $3.95 a gallon, a dime lower than Friday. California drivers are paying the highest statewide average at $6.07 a gallon, down six cents from Friday.
