Severe Weather Threat Continues for the Area

(Undated) — Showers and thunderstorms remain in our forecast. According to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, a line of severe thunderstorms is expected this evening. They say the “primary risk” is damaging winds over 60 mph, though large hail and a tornado or two are also possible. They say additional thunderstorms are expected Saturday night. However, the risk of severe weather is uncertain at this time.
