Gas Prices Continue to Slip Lower

(Undated) — Gas prices continue to move lower. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $4.09 a gallon, down a penny from Monday. Drivers here in the Land of Lincoln are paying a statewide average of $4.40 a gallon, down twelve cents from Monday. Across the Wabash in Indiana, the statewide average is $3.37 a gallon, down seven cents from Monday’s average, making Indiana the nationwide “low price leader.” California drivers are paying the highest prices in the nation, with a statewide average of $5.78 a gallon, down six cents from Monday’s average.
