Robinson City Council Meets Tonight

(Robinson) — The Robinson City Council meets tonight. On the agenda in “Old Business,” they will review an ordinance to amend Chapter 38, Golf Carts and Multipurpose Passenger Vehicles, of the Robinson City Code. In “New Business,” the City Council will review the annual appropriation ordinance, an ordinance to accept an offer to purchase real estate, an ordinance to annex certain territory to the City of Robinson, an ordinance to amend the Liquor Code, and they will seek permission to advertise for a Street Department Superintendent position. In other business, the Robinson City Council will look at an ordinance approving a lease agreement between the City and “Just for You Rentals, ” approve bids for CIPP rehab, and approve sewer line upgrade. The City Council meets at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Robinson Civic Center. There will be an Appropriations Ordinance Public Hearing at 5:45 p.m.
