Unit 4 Board Meets Tonight

(Oblong) — The Oblong Unit 4 School Board meets tonight. On the agenda in “Old Business,” they will hear the Academic Foundation Report. In “New Business,” the Unit 4 Board will discuss and consider the approval of bids for fuel, milk, and bakery products, a handful of policy updates, programs, procedures, guidelines, and handbooks for the 2026-2027 school year, the lease agreement for the Driver’s Education car for the 2026-2027 school year, and the ERBA Head Start agreement. In other business, they will consider a “Professional Development” request, fees for the 2026-2027 school year, a travel baseball request, and confirm the role of Principal. The Oblong Unit 4 School Board meets this evening at 6 p.m. in the Oblong Elementary Library.
