1st Tax Distribution Available Today

(Undated) — The first distribution of tax money will be available beginning today. Crawford County Treasurer, Rikki Callaway, says this distribution pertains to the real estate taxes collected for the upcoming fiscal year and is an important source of funding for local schools, municipalities, townships, libraries, and other taxing districts within our county. She says that for those taxing districts that receive their distributions via ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment, your funds will be electronically deposited and should appear in your account by Monday, July 27th. Additionally, the second installment of property and mobile home taxes will be due by September 1st.
