CCHD Set to Offer Low Cost “Back-to-School” Physicals

(Undated) — It’s “Back to School” time, and the CCHD will be offering back-to-school physicals. The Crawford County Health Department says, the physicals will be held on Wednesday, August 5th, from 3:00-6:30 p.m. Physicals are just $20 per child. Appointments are required. Parents are asked to call 618-544-8798 to schedule an appointment.
