(Undated) — The two people charged in the death of a Plainfield man found dismembered in Lake Mattoon last month now face First-Degree Murder charges. The Illinois State Police announced Friday that following their extensive investigation, the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office approved an additional three counts of First-Degree Murder for both 26-year-old James Adams and 62-year-old Robin Turner. The new charges are in addition to the initial charges of Concealment of a Homicide and Dismembering a Human Body. The two remain in custody. The remains of Dalewayne Turner were discovered in the lake on June 28th. Robin is Dalewayne’s wife, while James is his half-brother.
