ISP Announces Location of FOID and CCL Kiosk in Effingham

(Effingham ) — The Illinois State Police have opened its newest “Firearm Owners Identification kiosk.” This FOID kiosk provides real-time, in-person assistance to Illinois residents who need help with their FOID cards and Concealed Carry Licenses. The newest kiosk, located in Effingham, was created to assist individuals experiencing difficulties with the online FOID and CCL website, or those without online access. The kiosk is located in the Illinois State Police Troop 9, 401 Industrial Drive #A, and will be open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – noon. and 1 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
