Rain and Heat Remains in Our Forecast

(Undated) — Rain and another round of dangerously hot weather remain in our forecast. According to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, scattered thunderstorms will continue today, though they will diminish from north to south through the day. They say these are not expected to be severe, but some locally heavy rain may linger. Another surge of heat is expected on Tuesday, with the heat index reaching around 100 degrees for the early part of next week.
