City Council Meets Tonight

(Robinson) — The Robinson City Council meets this evening. On the agenda, in “New Business,” they will review an ordinance granting a variance for 801 South Robb Street, discuss and approve a street-closure request for the Heath Harvest Festival, and set a date and time for Trick-or-Treat in the City. In other business, the City Council will look at an ordinance prohibiting the use of groundwater as a potable water supply and approve the termination of Linde Industrial and Victor Dana user permits. They will also approve the solicitation of bids for manhole lining, advertise a full-time position in the Street Department, approve repairs to the loader, purchase a camera for the storm sewers, and approve hiring a part-time employee for the Parks Department. The Robinson City Council meets tonight at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Robinson Civic Center.
