State Climatologist Says October Weather Looks “Decent”

That was Illinois State Climatologist, Trent Ford. Ford says October weather looks to be “pretty dynamic” with an equal chance of above and below average precipitation. As for the temperatures, he says we are still looking at “above average” for October. Ford says outlooks show a dry signal for November with warmer-than-average temps.
