LTC Offering Food Sanitation and Safety Class

(Undated) — Lincoln Trail College will offer a two-day Food Sanitation and Safety class later this month. This class is designed for those working with food or looking to strengthen their résumé. The course provides valuable training in food safety and sanitation. Students must attend both class sessions. Registration is available at any Illinois Eastern Community College campus. The in-district class fee is $88, with no additional book fee. Students will purchase the ServSafe exam voucher separately for $38.99. The two-day Food Sanitation and Safety class is on October 23rd and 30th from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. in Williams Hall.
