(Palestine) — The J.D. Mullin’s Company broke ground on its new expansion yesterday. The lot will be the home of a new production building, with the current production building turning into a Mullen’s-inspired restaurant. According to Penny Shaw, President of J.D. Mullen’s Company, at the restaurant people can taste new recipes and “recipes from the archives.” Shaw says the building plans for their new expansion are being finalized, and in the new building, she says people on the street will be able to peer in and watch Mullen’s dressing being bottled. Shaw says they hope to move into their new building next year.
