(Undated) – Despite what you might have seen on Facebook, this weekend marks the annual end of “Daylight Saving Time.” As clocks “Fall Back” one hour on Sunday, the debate over ending the transition between “Standard Time” and “Daylight Saving Time” continues. All but two states observe daylight saving time. Only Arizona and Hawaii do not
observe the time change. Sleep experts say a sunrise after 8 a.m. could be an issue for many, especially for students and educators since most schools begin earlier than that. We are set to “Fall Back” this year at 2 a.m. on November 1st.
