Today is Election Day

(Undated) — It’s election day. In the Illinois governor’s race, incumbent Democrat JB Pritzker faces Republican challenger Darren Bailey. Illinois Lieutenant Governor, Juliana Stratton, and Don Tracy are looking to replace veteran U.S. Senator Dick Durbin. Five Illinois congressional races are up for grabs. Locally, there are a handful of contested County Board seats. Voters will also once again consider the “Public Safety Tax” and “The School Facility Sales Tax.” Polling places will remain open until 7 p.m. We will have election results on the “Election HQ” page at WTYEfm.com.
